A little context
Learn deeply.
Build thoughtfully.
I’m Marcin, a software engineer based in Warsaw. This is a home for my work, experiments, and personal writing.
My path runs from machine learning to software engineering and distributed systems. I like understanding how the pieces fit together, not just the component in front of me.
At Waymo, my work involves system-wide testing and performance across services. Outside work, hackathons and side projects give me space to explore different interfaces, collaborate across disciplines, and turn an idea into something tangible.
This site brings those threads together: the things I have built, the teams I have worked with, and a journal for what I learn along the way.
